With the release of Flutter 3.29.0, the API
import io.flutter.plugin.common.PluginRegistry.Registrar
has been removed.
This API is used in /android/src/main/kotlin/com/app/rtmp_publisher/RtmppublisherPlugin.kt:13:48. Thus this package can't be used with Flutter 3.29.0
