phoneme issues

When I use the demo file, I replace my own recording in lieu of the test.wav file, and it can generate 'hello world', but when I change the text I want it to say, it gives me varying errors, ie. DH, EH2, etc. I even wrote out the text as the same as what I said in the recording, and it still gives me an error. I was wondering if this was in issue with the phoneme segmentation, or is there something wrong with my audio? That audio file seems to work for other voice cloning software so I am a bit confused
