Issues when going through the guide on developer.enonic.com

These are some issues that I found going through the guide: https://developer.enonic.com/guides/my-first-site

• Pages -> Setup page -> Step 2 throws an error when selecting a controller

  • dependency for thymeleaf in build.gradle is commented out and not mentioned that it needs to be added in the guide: https://github.com/enonic/starter-myfirstsite/blob/75bcfaa28f010752e72b5e5b506bbd19d3687634/build.gradle#L14

• Advanced part -> step 5 throws an error

  • <display-name>Show all cities with Google Maps</display-name> should be <description>Show all cities with Google Maps</description>. See advanced part step 3.

• Go Online -> Navigating to http://localhost:8080/site/default/master/hello-world

  • After publishing, how do I access the city list when I navigate to that link? It only shows a white page with a heading. Should there be a list of countries there?
