Refinement notes:

• The nested list should behave as standard application menus: the submenu top should be near the selected entry, and adjusted to available space on the screen.
• When filtering, we should flatten the list - the nested entries should be displayed with full path (like Math » negate from example screenshot)
• When the main menu is scrolled, any opened submenu may be closed, to avoid strange visual effects (like jumping menu)
