For the projects that fall behind by a week or two, we need some system that automatically pokes them to update.

What exactly do we define as "behind"?

It isn't exactly hard to push when you make changes, but on the other hand some people might work on the "ten hours straight for two days, then nothing for a week" plan, which isn't objectively better or worse than, say, an hour or two every day. So we can't be too strict on this - the original suggestion of two weeks seems good to me. We need to be sure that we aren't sending "update please" emails in late May/June, however (although continuing development is great!)

Yeah, we also need to avoid bugging projects that aren't being sponsored. Time for yet another field on Project, I guess. Thanks for the feedback!
