Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Macro - Flex
  2. Load from file: System offers (and allows) for connect monomer to already occupied connection point in connection point dialog.zip

  3. Try to establish connection by dragging center of peptide (A) to any CHEM (4aPEGMal)
    (system establishes R2 - atom connection)

Actual behavior
System offers (and allows) for connect monomer to already occupied connection point in connection point dialog
