Short course description is missing

The legacy version used to fetch the data about courses directly from a view in the ISA database. Now we rely on the web api of ISA which does not provide an essential field that is the short description of the course which correspond to the one presented as «summary» in edu. See for example CS-311.
We have to options:

1. we tease GIF's people untill they add the summary in their api;
2. we go scrape the summary from edu.
