I created a feature request asking that the Callback is connected to a specific pipeline, for those who use one storage controller for multiple pipelines.

…to the root folder names of all of the transfers, so PREFIX-AMID. This addresses issue #26 and issue #43  This configuration is optional, as the plugin will work with this being set to empty string or not present, in which case the root folder name will continue to be the AMID.
