We need to get bound and f0 published to someplace real in order to get the build working properly. for now, we might want to at least include in the readme how to get them, or throw them up on the web someplace and point to them directly.

These aren't really ermine-scala-core issues, and the build is working because we're depending on them directly from github now. But, action needed: open tickets in scala-bound and f0 to get these published.
