WIth the columns ID, Path, Type, ImportConfiguration, and Sheets

The structure would be compatible to "Qualification plan input file" developed by Bayer.

ID unused for now, Path is the path to observed data file (if empty - use the default path stored in project configuration)
Type unused for now, but supported values are DDIRatio, PKRatio, TimeProfile

If an ImportConfiguration is specified (path to an xml file describing the import configuration) use the specified configuration, otherwise use the one specified in the project configuration.

If “Sheets” is specified, use only these sheets, otherwise load from all sheets.
