Plots definition: add columns "Color" and "Symbol" to "dataCombined"

In the data combined sheet, it should be possible to assign colors and symbols to each entry. If empty, defaults are calculated (as it is done right now), otherwise take the defined values. For use cases when the user wants to have more control over appearance.
