Disable Raw export for parser plugins

Parser plugins deliver their parsed data as string currently, and the raw export function will write this string as bytes only, which will provide none expected results when export as binary is called.
For now, we need to disable the option for export as binary to parser plugins and we need to consider how to provide such functionality in the future.
