etv-comskip with triggered scripts for various EyeTV workflows

Support various EyeTV export workflows with improved and robustified Triggered Scripts.

etv-comskip user-tested release

This release has been successfully tested by multiple users on OS X 10.11.

It removes all Macports dependencies and uses pyinstaller --hidden-import to address library dependency issues.

It uses efficient pyinstaller binaries, a user launch daemon for ComSkipper, and a fast natively compiled comskip binary.
