Add badge print functionality into dealer system

The current system has been built in python around CSV exports from the system and adding text to a picture via Pillow, and saving it to a pdf.

It would be great to export a pdf from some entries, or all. Or just one dealer.

There would be the need for two options, double sided and single sided. A double sided export repeats every badge twice in the pdf, single sided just once.

Requirements for print: 1006x640px, with 300 DPI - and overspill with 10-20 px per side would be a plus

There is a new printer coming. Are the requirements still the same? Any other update? @db9ju

It's unknown which printer it will be, but those settings with the PDF output and the targeted DPI/resolution should be a safe bet for all models.
