Feature

Add a field/input to specify amount of chairs. Needs a default assignment depending on table and be adjustible by the dealers.
Maybe visualize similar to the dealership overview with boxes?

Reason

Chairs cost money, we have too many. We need to know how many are actually required.

Note: Wording for this specific value is "pyhsical chairs". Everywhere else, we stick with "seats".
