What problem are you trying to solve with this feature?

As a director, I have to add comments to a dealer. These comments are often the same, so I use copy/paste to keep them identical. I need them to be consistent so that I can filter them in the .csv export in Excel.

Describe the solution you'd like to see implemented

Add a dropdown with standard comments for the admin (director). This feature might also be useful for staff. These standard comments should be editable in the admin menu.
