[BUG] Enchanter sometimes isn't available to be selected from the Disenchant button

Describe the bug
When in a loot session, it has happened a few times that our raid's enchanter doesn't show up in the list of enchanters when clicking the Disenchant button.
When the issue has happened, it has always been in effect for all loot sessions during the same raid.
Over about 20 raids, the issue has occured two or three times for us. The enchanter has always been the same player and both he and I have had the addon installed and updated.
I have never attempted to "fix" it by relogging/restarting etc., and I do not know what causes it to happen. As a work around, I've simply traded the items to our enchanter instead.

Expected behavior
When clicking the Disenchant button, the raid's enchanters should appear in the list of enchanters you can assign the item to be disenchanted to.

Suggested workaround
Creating a feature where the loot master can assign the disenchanter by free text and/or from a list of all raid members regardless of whether RCLC thinks they have enchanting or not. The disenchanter assignment could also preferably be done for the duration of the entire raid, so you wouldn't need to select the disenchanter anew for every item.

If it doesn't show the proper enchanters, then some synchronization has failed, which could (should?) lead to other issues. I'd very much like to have a look at your saved variables when this happens.
