[Feature Request] Ilvl delta in history exports

Hello there,

This is a bit different to something that was asked in February 2023 (damn).
I would love the Ilvl delta to be shown when exporting the history (in my case its json).
This can also take the form of two columns : loot Ilvl and equipped Ilvl
But as the Ilvl delta is already shown on the voting frame I figured that would be doable!

I'm not changing the existing ilvl value of any export, so it would have to be a new entry.
Changing exports is not trivial, as there are 3rd party stuff that relies on them. The json export should be safe to change though.

Now that I actually look at it, I realize ilvl isn't part of any export. And the reason for that is simple: export currently doesn't require any items to be loaded, which is a requirement for getting the ilvl. That makes adding this not trivial, i.e. needs more time.
