Design: flow for failed KYC

We need to let the user know that his KYC process failed and that he can contact support if they think that's a mistake.
Maybe a modal after the KYC ends or something like that. Besides, we should disable the "Begin identification process"

We have several users reaching out every day because their "begin verifying is not working". At least we should have a pop up that lets them know that their kyc failed so that they know that and reach out. Probably lots of users are just closing their apps
