Difference with connect-flash?

It doesn't say anywhere the difference between this flash version and the popular connect-flash:

Doesn't say on the connect-flash readme either. Read in the connect-flash issues where someone said this is the version for express 4. Otherwise would not have known this exists.

Some clarification would be good. Actually it was your issue I read jaredhanson/connect-flash#17

Though it seems to me this version needs some work before they go telling people it is the one for 4x

I had to revert back to connect-flash due to the other two open issues with expressjs/flash

Is this module a bit abandoned? Still no conformation that this is for Express 4.x and there are stale bugs in both this project and connect-flash. Seems like the functionality that these two libraries provide are popular and useful but there's not much going on with them. Is there another, newer version that I don't know about?
