On overlap not working on fancy toolbar and dock and apps not showing properly after opening

So what happened is I downloaded seelen ui after deleting it for a issue in my laptop and when I downloaded it from Microsoft store, it showed as a theme and had to be applied so I deleted it and downloaded it from here.

The issues are:

1. The fancy toolbar and dock don't go away on overlap.
2. The battery monitor does not display the correct amount of battery left .
3. The apps that I have opened don't show on the dock and I have to relaunch it.
4. It disappears after a few minutes but will reoccur.
5. Clashes with lively wallpaper.
6. Cant add a lot of wallpapers to choose from without having to reupload again.

I dont know how to reproduce it but its happening to me.
(P.S. I just issued all the problem I had)

I also forgot to add that my windows taskbar also keeps re appearing on its own
