[BUG] Problem increasing text size (Win11 - Fancy Toolbar)

Hello, when increasing the text size (from 100% to 130%), the Fancy toolbar goes down (in the image is shown how it looks like with a maximized window).

(Looks small, but is uncomfortable to look at)

Now if the size of the bar is changed from the settings (from 30 to 55 or 60 to make it work), it is still down but with the previous height extension.

(Visually it is too high)

PD1: From what I understand, the screen scaling does not affect, only the text size.
