Environment Variable Suggestions

Starting a new thread about environment variables, there is an existing one but that's more about EXA -> EZA rename.

Something FZF has that I really like is a default options environment variable. This would be cool for when you have a preferred way to search for files, especially if it involves options with no short variant, and you don't want to type that out all the time. For example you might want --group-directories-first as a default.

Questions:

• Would it be a good idea to include --no-defaults flag along with this?
• I feel like specified options should override defaults in the case of conflicts, but would that be difficult to implement?

What are people's thoughts on this? I understand that you can get quite far with aliases, but as a Windows/PowerShell user (at least when I'm on the clock) they can be quite awkward to set up with parameters, and there may be weird behaviour if you want to alias your defaults and then specify conflicting options on top of that. It would be nice to just have one command/alias with reasonable defaults and anything I specify on top of that is given priority over the defaults.
