The fabric8/jetty-9 image ships with OpenJDK 1.8.0_161-b14, per the log output of a freshly docker pulled image:

2018-07-30 18:54:37.028:INFO:oejs.Server:main: jetty-9.4.9.v20180320; built: 2018-03-20T12:21:10Z; git: 1f8159b1e4a42d3f79997021ea1609f2fbac6de5; jvm 1.8.0_161-b14

This version has known vulnerabilities (such as CVE-2018-2814) and should be updated to the latest patch.
