How I get my best work done:

When we have a trusting environment, where everyone is comfortable making mistakes

The role I usually take in a team:

I'd really like to be at the point where we all understand what we're doing even vaguely before we start implementing.

As above. So probably the one to keep making sure we understand it. Or ask people to explain something (even just to reinforce both our understanding).

My communication style:

Once we establish trust, I try to discuss issues earlier before they become too big

What I value:

Low ego environment
Listening
Taking time to understand
Tidy code (even though I often descend into horrible code)

What people misunderstand about me:

Sometimes I ask something that could seem either annoyingly obvious or patronising but I just want to make sure I understand and that we understand the same thing.

How I like to get my feedback:

Any way it comes. I really appreciate it and try to act on it.

Technical strengths & weaknesses:

Weaknesses: CSS/aesthetics so keen to improve this!

Interests (programming or otherwise!):

Entrepreneurship, world affairs/geopolitics, meditation

Also really enjoying learning how to write best practice code
