How I get my best work done:

In manageable chunks - sometimes I need to step away from something then come back to it (I can be a bit impatient (I'm working on it)). I tend to perform best when under a healthy amount of pressure.

The role I usually take in a team:

Can lead if required, reasonably good at mediating, I will share/contribute opinions & ideas when I have them but prefer not to speak for the sake of it.

My communication style:

Direct, honest but sensitive.

What I value:

Direct communication, humour, the ability to not take things too seriously.

What people misunderstand about me:

I don't outwardly display enthusiasm but it doesn't mean I'm not enthusiastic inside. Sometimes my humour can be taken the wrong way.

How I like to get my feedback:

Honest but tactful.
