Name:
Roshan Thaabith

How I get my best work done:

I need to be in a comfortable environment, without too much distraction. When I am working in a code issue, I first need to understand what I have to do then break down into small bullets points how to approach the issue in a most comprehensive and logical way.

The role I usually take in a team:

I am a team player, I don't often take the role of the leader, I prefer to work with everyone without excluding anyone. It is important that everyone knows what they have to do in a team and they acknowledge the role of others.

My communication style:

I will approach people in a friendly fashion, and communicate politely with everyone, I think I am someone of few words but enjoy good conversation.

What I value:

I value tolerance, respect, kindness and patience. It is important that everyone show kindness towards their fellow students, we all come from different walk of lives and made sacrifices along the way to be here, so it is important to respect and tolerate everyone and their beliefs.

What people misunderstand about me:

How I like to get my feedback:

I would prefer to get my feedback either online or in person from the moment the feedback is concise, kind and offers solutions to the issue, I will be really happy to learn from anyone.
