How I get my best work done:

Talking things through out loud so I can understand someone else's ideas (or reach my own conclusion if I'm on my own and just talking to myself )

Also I always go right up to the deadline but I'm trying not to do this!!

The role I usually take in a team:

I am really keen on making sure everyone is heard! So I try and have half an eye on facilitating that as well as voicing my own ideas

My communication style:

One on one, I ask a lot of questions to be sure I'm understanding someone else's thought process.

What I value:

Active listening and a broad range of condiments at meals

What people misunderstand about me:

I find it a little difficult to express my opinion in large groups so I can come across as a little quiet!
