How I get my best work done:

Like to try and split things into smaller sections and work on them piece by piece. I can get on a roll and work on loads at a time, but generally do a bit, look around a bit, keep going.

The role I usually take in a team:

I like to take in all the opinions and directions and make suggestions based on them...a mediator maybe? In a similar way if I'm in charge I like to hear everyone's opinion before making a choice.

My communication style:

I'm try to be concise but I think I can tend towards being long-winded when explaining things.

What I value:

Fairness, good cooperation and the feeling of well-earned success.

Straight up, let me know what you think, but I like the option to discuss or clarify feedback if possible. I know people rarely mean things in a mean spirited way.
