Clear and concise, often taking my time to get a point across in a structured way. Shuts down when meetings turn into commotion and people are shouting over each other.
What I value:
People who give you and the team their full time and effort. People who do what they say they will do.
What people misunderstand about me:
If I don't respond to your message straight away, know that I'm not ignoring you. If I don't outwardly show my excitement, it doesn't mean I'm not feeling enthusiastic inside.
