I'm Kin: @kin-au

(aka "Ken" when I make restaurant bookings)

How I get my best work done:

Visual learner. Target-oriented, preferring goals broken down into small chunks. Is most productive in a chill environment, and appreciates a supportive team to bounce ideas, ask questions, etc.

The role I usually take in a team:

I'm happy in different roles and will try my best no matter what I'm doing.

My communication style:

Clear and concise, often taking my time to get a point across in a structured way. Shuts down when meetings turn into commotion and people are shouting over each other.

What I value:

People who give you and the team their full time and effort. People who do what they say they will do.

What people misunderstand about me:

If I don't respond to your message straight away, know that I'm not ignoring you. If I don't outwardly show my excitement, it doesn't mean I'm not feeling enthusiastic inside.

I can't think of anything else right now... Tell me what you understand about me and I'll let you know!

How I like to get my feedback:

Constructive and solutions-driven, although admittedly I can take a little time to take it on board. Bear with me :)

Other interests:

Climbing, cars, piano, photography, travelling, airsoft, good food.
