How I get my best work done:

• With some element of deadline pressure!
• I like to work quite individually so I can think intently, but I also get demotivated if I don't have any social interaction all day
• I like working with people who have a sense of humour 😊

The role I usually take in a team:

It depends.... Sometimes I am more assertive and sometimes I prefer to follow others' lead. If I am new to something or don't know much about the topic I am usually quieter and prefer to listen. If I think I know what I'm talking about I can be pretty loud.

My communication style:

I think I can be quite expansive when I'm getting into a topic. I often try to edit my written messages down a bit because otherwise I can write loads and loads....

What I value:

Sense of humour, kindness, good intentions, thoughtfulness, competence

What people misunderstand about me:

I think in projects I can come across quite strong as I usually have some ideas of something I want to try. I hope that people don't feel like I'm asserting myself too much, I do try and to give others space to express their ideas too but maybe sometimes I get overexcited! Please tell me if you feel like I'm being overbearing.
