I like to have a short preliminary planning stage, where the basic structure of the work to be completed is sketched out (for example, plain English descriptions of functions to be written)
After that, I want to launch head first into some problems
In a team setting, if there are multiple tranches of work to complete, I like an equitable and explicit division of labour - I find this empowers me to go full steam on the tasks which I am 'bottom lining'
This is not to say I want to be silo-ed in a particular aspect of development: I want to take on roles that correspond to my interests skills, but also to rotate throughout the process. Variety is the spice of life!
I like to work in an environment where everyone is comfortable approaching each other for help, with the expectation that it will be freely given, but where everyone also takes responsibility for their own learning and their contributions to the project
I like pomodoros!
I am completely one-track, not a multitasker!

Logical and mathematical problems
My kryptonite
I find it difficult to prioritise problems - if I find something interesting, even if it's just a superficial issue, I can end up deep in the rabbit hole for hours on end
