How I get my best work done:

• I'm a visual learner (content like videos, hand-notes, images make me understand things quicker!)
• Love to take notes and review my progress regularly
• I enjoy working in a peaceful and quiet environment
• Sometimes I need a few secs to think on my own

The role I usually take in a team:

We'll see but I'm usually a good motivator.

My communication style:

I'm sometimes very quiet (it's nothing to do with you... It's just the way I am!) and other times I can't stop talking, just give me a couple of days! 😳

What I value:

Respect, team work, useful feedback/comments, patience and hugs (yes, hugs!)

What people misunderstand about me:

Same as I said before, sometimes I'm a little quiet and I hope you don't misunderstand this, I'm a bit shy but I'm sure I'll feel a lot more confident in a while.

Talking in person and wouldn't mind a hug. 😊
