I like to learn from multiple perspectives/mediums in order to consolidate my understanding: reading around, podcasts, videos, people.

I'm comfortable with initiating discussions and making sure everyone is getting their chance to be involved.

My communication style:

Being friendly and open, I'm not confrontational and think listening first is key.

What I value:

Being able to laugh through the process!!

What people misunderstand about me:

I think I sometimes finish people's sentences which only works if the person actually can't find the word - a bad habit but I don't mean to interrupt!

How I like to get my feedback:

Informal and honest, I like to know if someone needs to give me feedback rather than it kept to themselves, I'm always looking to improve.
