Can not load facebook login page on iPad

@kobe1941 did you find a fix? Apple is rejecting my app because of this :(

It only occurs when App Tracking is enabled

I am experiencing the same issue.
This also occurs in the sample app when tracking is enabled for the first login.
If I set it to limited, it works fine, but the permissions I need cannot be used with limited login.
Is there any way to resolve this?
