Hello,
It's mentioned that, "If you have run the standard problem proposed in the paper with your own micromagnetic software, you can use our plotting code to visualise and compare the results. (Advanced.)"
May I know the procedure to use the python plotting code using the OMF and ODT files generated from other micromagnetic software?
I've generated mxs,mys and mzs.nyp files for my OMF files using the python code mentioned in "src\micromagnetic_simulation_scripts\oommf\oommf_postprocessing.py"
When I tried "src\reproduce_figures.py" for the data provided in reference data I got the following error
Also, the python codes in "src\postprocessing" create errors.
How to use these plotting codes without installing OOMMF?
Any comments on this will be helpful.
Thank you,
Regards,
Ponsudana
