Describe the bug
It seems it might be(?) that await Sequencer.Preloader.preloadForClients(...) completely blocks the rest of the script if one client is tabbed away from Foundry or is disconnecting.

Additional context
Had the issue on Forge. Have not attempted to reproduce on local client.
