Widget to play music from Downloads

I often play music on the go while driving. Every time I play, I have to navigate to to songs, play shuffle, or go to albums and play. Which always takes extra steps to achieve. I do not want to play songs from online every time and drain my limited data available.

Could you create a shortcut widget for this? My one tap should start playing songs from my Downloads with shuffle on(possibly some want to play all and some just keep shuffle on).
