certificate verify failed (self signed certificate in certificate chain) (OpenSSL::SSL::SSLError)

from /app/bin/sidekiq-metrics:9:in main

Heroku Redis requires SSL connection and configuration ssl_params: { verify_mode: OpenSSL::SSL::VERIFY_NONE }.
