Data referenced in manuscript that could be used as test files for code are not publicly available:
"For examples of anticipated results, we provide data from genome-scale knockout and transcriptional activation screening for genes that confer BRAF inhibitor vemurafenib (PLX) resistance in a BRAFV600E (A375) cell line30,37."

For reference 30 (Genome-scale transcriptional activation by an engineered CRISPR-Cas9 complex), BioProject is linked but data does not appear to be available as bottom of page states: "No public data is linked to this project."

For reference 37 (Genome-Scale CRISPR-Cas9 Knockout Screening in Human Cells), no accession number is provided to raw or processed FASTQ files in either the manuscript or supplementary file or table.
