I'm wondering if in addition to text images could also be added.

According to https://stackoverflow.com/questions/18680261/extract-images-from-pdf-file-with-javascript paintJpegXObject and paintImageXObject can be obtained from page.getOperatorList().

I understand it might blow up the size of the resulting object so it could be an optional parameter that by default is not used.
