Create a test configuration file

Every time we upload a new version we need to test. To make this easier, create a configuration who use all the plugins.

no error in summary tree and missing value field for dataset labels for pie chart, says required field

Pie chart error but doesn't display on sumary tree, value filed blank, missing or requied property

range slider erro when layer is not filled doesn't appear in form but appear in summary tree

Can't add another layer for chart plugin for another pie chart, examples have one using 2 layers.

Chart plugin only works with one layer for the moment. If you have author latest version, you will see you can't add more then one layer to it
