I've been testing out FilamentDetector today and I am liking it - simple to use and appears to be giving good data so far. I am using it to measure filament lengths in cases where I have sometimes hundreds of filaments per image.
Everything seems to be working well, except when I export my filament measurements to .CSV file, I lose some of the filaments. For example, I just measured 340 filaments in one image. When I exported, my .CSV file only has data for 234 filaments and then it cuts off. Similarly, another image I measured 162 filaments and only got data for 118 filaments in the .CSV file. Am I doing something wrong or missing something here?
Thanks for any insight, love the plugin so far!
