Currently, Glyphhanger shows the weight improvement from source font to optimized font, which can look like cheating when the formats are different:

It might be useful to

either make it more obvious that formats are different, with simple wording
or make the script compute a font in the destination format with all glyphs from the source one, to show the "real" benefit
