[Question] NavigationDrawer Control must be added to the page first. If I use View

guys i need help for NavigationDrawer with View
got error NavigationDrawer Control must be added to the page first. if i not use View work fine but using that error.I need View because need route. search in issue and discussions. same problem but still no solution.
