Start Frame minimized on startup

Frame's window pops up on startup.

Request

Make Frame start minimized on startup, similar to how Discord has the --start-minimized flag.

I prefer that Frame start showing on the screen ("maximized" or "popped up", if you will). So if this feature request is implemented, I would prefer to see this as an optional flag in the app settings.

(Or minimized could be the default, and "start maximized" is the optional flag in app settings. No strong opinion here, though in my experience most users expect the app to pop up on startup, at least the first time they open it, or else they might think something is wrong if it does not appear right away, and so making maximized the default is probably the right way to go.)
