A regular test SIGMET with no meteorological information looks like this:
EFIN SIGMET Z01 VALID 301000/301005 EFKL- EFIN HELSINKI FIR TEST=
and a test VA SIGMET with no meteorological information looks like this:
EFIN SIGMET Y01 VALID 260700/260705 EFKL- EFIN HELSINKI FIR TEST=
Note that there is no VA TEST in the volcanic ash test sigmet. The only difference is in the sequence number.

See AMC1 MET.TR.250(c) SIGMET in https://www.easa.europa.eu/sites/default/files/dfu/ATM-ANS%201July%202021.pdf for the correct sequence numbering.
