media - large static assets #16

images / videos would be nice to have, and be associated with the repo, however would be nice not to have large static assets live in git itself
an option is to use Git LFS, maybe just use GitHub's built in solution while we are under the free tier?
eventually, if size is a concern, switch to a Git LFS server that backs to either Cloudflare R2 / self hosted jack or riley infra
