Need help with writing NUT test for my custom sf plugin

I am trying to write NUT test for my custom sf plugin, I am not able to figure out how can i run my NUT test using my local sf cli and not using a separate test session so that i can execute my NUT test using multiple scratch orgs which are already created by my powershell script.

my NUT tests keeps running in a test session when i am running them without --parallel flag. I want to execute my NUT test serially and use my multiple authorized scratch orgs. I know there is TESTKIT_ORG_USERNAME but it allows us to set only one scratch org for test session not multiple. I cannot find any details on how can i write a global test fixture to authorize my required orgs once in testsession and use it throughout the execution, that is why i am looking to do it without test Session.

Can anyone with good expertise in writing NUT help me on this?
