[Feature Request] Support viewing history for a directory from command palette

Currently, there is a way to view history for a file (Command palette -> File history... -> type file name to filter files -> Enter)
It would be nice to include directories into the output produced by typing on the 3rd step.
Alternatively, there could be a separate command Directory history on the 2nd step.
